Wonder if Trump voters would be welcome , it feels like they are 'under threat' in L.A

This year, they’ll unite to resist.
Against words they hear as hateful. Against what they see as divisions fueled by political rhetoric. Against laws that discriminate. Against threats of rolling back to a time when they were told it was best to be invisible.
What’s known annually as a celebration of progress made within the LGBTQ community, the LA Pride parade will instead become the Resist March Sunday in Hollywood. Organizers want people from all communities to feel they can come together to stand up for equal rights and defend civil liberties.
“This year, the LGBTQ community is lending our giant iconic, rainbow flag to anyone who feels they are under threat,” said Resist March founder Brian Pendleton. The goal, he added, is to unite people from all faiths, races, and backgrounds who believe the advances made in the LGBTQ community and beyond are in jeopardy as a result of President Donald Trump’s policies on everything from immigration to travel bans to transgender youths at schools, he said.
