Last I checked, South Korea is not our enemy. North Korea is the enemy of every country on the planet. I would think the Chinese realize that they are second on NK's hit list. I figure they do and are preparing to eliminate the dear leader of NK. Probably violently.
We can withdraw any time we as a nation wish to withdraw. The host nation can ask us to leave as well.
My position is if they want us out we should just leave, no questions asked. There is no point staying where we are not wanted.
