The problem with their thinking is that it is the legal and illegal that surrounds impeachment. Not "feelings." I hope they are not law students. So many "feelings" are why many of us are tired of all of this.

They absolutely think Comeys statements are damning, they view the asking charges to be dropped against Flynn to be 100% impeachable. And cannot imagine that not then occurring.

If the public at large were to hold elected officials to right and wrong 100% of the time instead of the law, I venture to say that DC would be more than half empty.

You are right. There is nothing here that the GOP congress will consider grounds for impeachment, even if it should be otherwise. Trump is too popular and unless something happens that cracks his base, he isn't going anywhere.
