This reminds me a lot of the Bill Clinton impeachment. Yes, there was wrongdoing and deeds that were inappropriate, but not enough to remove a popular President from office. No "smoking gun" so to speak.
Because the GOP controlled Senate decided not to do so. They could have if they wanted.

Where in Comey's memo did he say Trump ordered him to do something?
He said that was his "interpretation." That's meaningless, and everyone knows that. Comey looks like even more of a buffoon than he did with the Hillary email fiasco.
