And the pubs should shut up already and stop worrying so much about the dems so much. Talk about obsessive, just like the dems the pubs bash.

Anyone who is even vaguely familiar with Trump's personality already knows, he would NEVER voluntarily resign. He does not believe in defeat. Paul Ryan and cronies will support him until the mid-term elections. If Republicans don't lose seats, they will support him until the end. And I still maintain that having Trump in office hand's down beats the alternative of Pence. Pence is actually a danger. Trump is just free entertainment mixed with national embarrassment.

Top tip for future elections for our esteemed local Democrats. It is painfully obvious to everyone, aside from some of the more die hard believers, that the sound bite attacks are no longer working. This means screaming racist, "War on Women", misogynist, Russia, Russia, Russia are no longer viable techniques. The truly sad thing is that it actually worked so effectively for so long.

Why would Trump resign when there is absolutely zero evidence he did anything wrong? Just to save time in your opinion? What about Bill Clinton, caught in lie, after lie, after lie? He didn't resign, and was guilty as heck. Why should Trump resign when there is no indication he's done anything wrong at this point? I know you guys are upset he won, but this is bordering on obsessive behavior at this point...

I'm less concerned now about his blowing up the country and the world than I was a couple months back. The GOP discord, the courts and the media are effectively checking him. On the other hand, his tweets on Qatar this week are troubling reminders of what his lack of experience and knowledge can lead to. He attacked a US ally that is home to a critical US naval presence in the middle east on the basis of a fake news story. Word is he had no idea we had a base in that country. This kind of gross incompetency can not lead anywhere good.

Well, the Republicans would have to actually have a bill on the floor up for vote in order for that to happen, and it doesn't look like that's going to happen any time soon. And that, once again, is all on the Republicans, who can't get anything done despite holding both Houses and the White House.

Don't try to lay the GOP's ineptness on the Democrats. You'll note that when they were in a similar position they got a lot done, even without a filibuster-proof Senate.

Time for the GOP to own their own incompetence.

What makes you think they're all liberals? There are a few sane Republicans out there.
