Well, you've seen the seen the definition, and still regurgitated a brain-dead right wing talking point. Thank you for playing.
So please define "right-wing"; the term is little more than a scare-word used to label anything that won't fit in with the Snowflakes' warm, fuzzy Utopia (for which the opposition is expected to pay from a huge pile of "stolen wealth" -- hidden away "somewhere").

Ask a thousand historians what fascism is and you'll get a thousand different answers.
For example. The OP's definition leaned heavily on "right wing" as its definition but fascism has more of an anti-individual government-over-all bent which is left wing.
1: a political philosophy, movement, or regime (such as that of the Fascisti) that exalts nation and often race above the individual and that stands for a centralized autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader, severe economic and social regimentation, and forcible suppression of opposition.
In short, the modern liberal movement.
If what you wrote were true, how would you explain the torture and murder of liberals and socialists under fascist regimes and the rise of the far-right including authoritarians, Generals, nationalists, racists and corporate elites in those same regimes.

Definition of fascism
1
often capitalized : a political philosophy, movement, or regime (such as that of the Fascisti) that exalts nation and often race above the individual and that stands for a centralized autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader, severe economic and social regimentation, and forcible suppression of opposition
2
: a tendency toward or actual exercise of strong autocratic or dictatorial control
early instances of army fascism and brutality — J. W. Aldridge
Now ask yourself which party stands for a tyrannical centralized government.
Your assessment of North Korea is on the mark, but the Philippines are another case entirely. (I've had Philippine expats in my circle of friends for nearly thirty years).
The Philippines can't unify as a nation because it consists of seventeen different tribal groups, speaking sixteen languages, and all fighting among themselves for control of a limited (and often stagnant) economy and infrastructure; and power does shift regularly, even though the electoral process is sometimes a mockery of what it should be, A few exceptions like Ferdinand Marcos and Benigno (Ninoy) Aquino aside, the stakes are usually not that high.
So an "incomplete" nation drifts -- rudderless, and the brightest and most-disciplined sons and daughters emigrate, (often with encouragement from the government, BTW), and the hard currency they send back helps to keep the home economy afloat. The Philippines, to cite another point, also provide the world with its largest single contingent of merchant sailors.
It's a corrupt, inefficient system, but nothing on the order of North Korea, because it leaves the door open for the individual (the smallest and most-vulnerable minority).

Breaking up meetings to shut down the free speech of anyone who disagrees is a fascist tactic whether it's employed by Socialism Lite, Communism Lite or Postmodern Progressivism.
Dude, the definition is in the first posting. I don't think you are understanding what it means. I doubt you understand the definition of Socialism, Communism, or Progressive either. Thanks for the entertainment though!
The typical American HOA association, is the first thing to come to mind.
