Having companies and businessmen pay fees is supposed to shift the tax burden from "hard working folks" to those who have the money to pay them. Or do you support your own taxes paying for the inspectors that help keep workers safe? Either way, worker and consumer safety costs money. If you don't pay for it, then somebody else has to. Either the business or the "hard working taxpayers" do.
those fees you think the businesses pay in reality come from YOUR pocket, not theirs. businesses pass on the costs of regulations to the consumer, if they didnt they wouldnt be making any money.

Why would they want to do that considering there are just as many "left" elites as right.

Oh, wait, you didn't know that.

You thought only the rich are conservative.

You have been "Grubered.

Keep your "thinking" and the 1,400 lost seats will only increase!

And just HOW does one protect them self if for example a plant upstream is dumping PCBs in the river or a plant upwind spewing pollutants in the air? Or is it just that you'd be happy living your life in a hazmat suit?

Sounds easy to prove harm... Sue them and if done on purpose(because the education needed to do what you describe, means they knew better) criminal harm can be found and they locked up.
Not just a slap on the wrist from the EPA
(Flint Lead in the water ring a bell) They had all the red tape completed and it still was not enough oversight. Who is going to jail over that, as it sounds like they knew better?? NO ONE goes to jail!

The constitution is essentially a set of laws. In fact there are specialist in constitutional law.

What the OP seems to be advocating is anarchy.

How so? Have you been following along, or did you just pop in to say hello?
Show us all, where I(the OP) has advocated for no laws and regulations?

Or you're just a liar.

Natural laws, that are a replacement for revenge(Common Law), have been in place and are not going anywhere. Why would they? You seem to be the one pushing anarchy.

Perfect example used by Trump: The Empire State Building was built in less than 1 year. Today, that project would be tied in years of red tape, before any ground is broken and once the first grain of dirt or sand is moved, take years to complete.

Communism and Islam = control and enslavement
Constitution = Freedom & Liberties.

Do Americans have a right to acquire property, or is acquiring property a privilege which government can regulate and infringe?

Oh hell, we could just skip all civil formalities and start call each other names.

Yeah, GREAT plan!

I guess you'd be happy to have children with birth defects or life threatening conditions caused by pollutants as long as you could prove harm and collect some $$$, right? That would of course make everything all right in the eyes of some. God forbid we actually try to prevent those issues if it lessens some corporation's bottom line, right?

What reason is there to believe the EPA will survive and have any teeth given the Rah! Rah! calls to eliminate laws and let industry do whatever the hell it wants until it's proven to be harmful?

You must have me confused with someone else.

Far from it. We have always had laws to take place of revenge, for harm and theft.

No, it was you. A poster remarked that he liked the fact that the gubmint "oppressed " him by protecting the environment, water, food, and other such things. You then remarked " is this because you cant protect yourself?".

But if you are trying to backtrack and pretend you didnt mean it, then thats answer enough.

The referenced is in your post #6 , BTW, if your memory fails you.
