The Democrats aren't in power right now, the Republicans are. And they are against federal decriminalization to the extent that they want to go after states that have legalized it.
Have an explanation (or even a comment, as this is the topic of the thread) for that? Or will you continue to try to deflect, as is your usual MO?
The guy must be 1000% partisan. GOP controls every branch of the government, and are going after the pot shops, and the best he can come up with is "its Obamas fault"
