Jeff Sessions has always been a huge advocate of power resting with the states, and that the federal gov't should stay out of state affairs.

And it is individual states that have legalized marijuana, and now Jeff Sessions wants the federal gov't to interfere with state affairs.

The guy must be 1000% partisan. GOP controls every branch of the government, and are going after the pot shops, and the best he can come up with is "its Obamas fault"

Simple solution: Obama, Pelosi, and Reid should have decriminalized marijuana at the federal level. They CHOSE to NOT do so.
