Haven't read all the way through this thread - but unless they have a video catching whoever they are in the act, we don't really know who is responsible-
It hasn't occurred to anyone that it could be a disturbed person who is doing this?
Seriously, working inpatient psych we had a serial pooper who loved leaving nuggets all over the ward, had a good idea who it was (because it was in their history, they had been caught at it before) but we never could- and their crowning achievement was leaving a nice pile in front of the TV in the dayroom (the equivalent of the living room)!

The University of Stratclyde is in Glasgow in Scotland and not in England.
Glasgow University is the Cities famous university and dates back to 1451 when it was founded, the other ancient universities in Scotland are the University of St Andrews which founded 1413, University of Aberdeen which was founded 1495 and the University of Edinburgh founded in 1583.
