It's simply wrong to associate the ban with religion etc.

I don't know whether you're correct or not but hashish, a refined version of cannabis, was legal in Morocco at least as far back as 1993 for Moroccan citizens, the market in Tangier smelled lovely.

I think it's meant to be a typical Mountain Dew drinker.
