Russians Say They May Have Killed ISIS Leader (Baghdad, claim, world)

The Russians are saying that in an attack they made on an ISIS meeting last month, that its leader, al-Baghdadi, may have died. There seems to be no confirmation. Some are saying that if they could claim having killed him, that could be used to justify their presence in Syria. Since I personally would give no more credibility to anything they say, than I would to Donald Trump, I'm assuming they're lying.
