What did this commission actually do besides create more government fluff? Instead of crying over government paper-pushers try helping out your local HIV charity, or local hospital.

Mostly it's a bunch of doctors and public health professionals making recommendations about things like surveillance, how to ensure particular groups of people get tested/treated, how to bring down the cost of Hep C treatment, etc.

Basically, they do grunt work in their spare time (the people on the council have actual jobs) and make recommendations. It should come as no surprise that this administration, led by a man who does not read and does not care to be informed, doesn't care what they have to say.

How silly.

And you based this on 6 Hillary supporters who quit the council and send a letter to Newsweek to make a political point? And if you bothered to actually read what they said, they only gave opinion. They didn't cite one single fact.

LOL. The guy who resigned and wrote the letter, is a law clerk.

Before making false assumption, you should look up the facts.

Remember Newsweek also declared that Hillary Clinton was President.

Well, I hope these six get whatever attention they need from the half-a-news-cycle this story is going to take up before they are forgotten.

What policies did they present to the president? What did he reject?

What efforts did they make in six months to use their role to advance HIV/AIDS education and prevention? Did they have a purpose at all?

Life has become one giant contest between virtue signallers.
