But it's labeled as a "victory" rally. Why isn't it a "Hey, the Prez wants to talk to you!" rally? Victory rally implies there was a victory. Seriously, he is stuck 7 months in the past and still celebrating the victory itself instead of actually BEING the President, so to speak?
