Here is a Democrat Congressman Saying the Democrat Party is toxic to much of America. And that Nancy Pelosi is more Toxic than Trump!

I would if he addresses the issues with the Democrat party. He is saying what needs to be said.

It's clear they are falling apart as a national political force.

Hence the problem I have with all of you posting these comments.

Ryan and Pelosi differ on guns and abortion.

You could argue they differ on trade as well, but other than that. nothing.

Like many the problem isnt the issue from an optics stand point, its the person. Which as I said in the other threads, you would paint him as "the next Pelosi" the second he became the Democratic leader.

There is no difference between Ryan & Pelosi except to who they pander to. They are cut from the same mold and bought & paid for by the same people.

Not one change has occurred to either abortion rights or gun rights because of something one of them did.

Congresses approval rating was that low even before Trump.

Also the thread title doesnt reflect what he actually said.

"The brand is just bad," Ryan said. "I don't think people in the beltway are realizing just how toxic the Democratic Party brand is in so many parts of the country."
IE the deep red states are going to hate democrats no matter what. And its not him saying he feels that way.

As usual from Republicans, is deceptive nonsense. Why tell the truth when you can lie and deceive hey? Thats the Republican way.

Not to worry, as the People begin to feel the pain the Repubs and trump are going to inflict upon them I would say the Dems will have people flocking to their ranks, at least inside a voting booth. The Repubs and trump are their own worst enemy, and no matter how hard they try they cannot blame their own inability to deal with the issues on the Dems, that is what happens when you are in total control, you get all the praise but you also get all the blame. The Dems just need to get some new blood to lead their Party, there are a few out there but are they interested, that is the bigger question.

Actually in the most recent special election the hate ads from the Republicans were insane. And they learned from Trump how well that worked.

Just wait. The Democrats are now learning from the Republicans that hate ads work. And you will probably whine the entire time while ignoring what comes form your party.
