So, this morning trump fires off a series of looney sounding tweets about russia, but all that talk about "HOAX!" was just... what?
"White House aides then clarified Trump’s remarks and said he believes there was Russian meddling but is certain it did not affect the outcome of the race."
I guess you could call it "conceding" that there was meddling...
Well, I guess that's progress.... and a few months from now, trump will shift even further over and say yeah, there was an effect, but it doesn't make any difference, right?
Makes you wonder if Trump is on some medication for mental issues. And by early morning that medication has worn off. That's when the odd tweets initiate.
Then maybe he takes his meds after breakfast and the crazy tweets subside.

I wouldn't doubt that at all.
Now that you mention it, all the signs seem to be there.

No, there was never any point at which the Trump administration or U.S. politicians generally denied that the Russian government tried to influence the 2016 election.
However, both FBI Director Comey and more recently former Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson testified that Russian meddling did not alter any votes. So, that is probably written in stone at this point.

Tomorrow is "no Russia Friday" libs. Official holiday.
You can go back to your old standbys: global warming ending the world at any minute, strange men should be able to hold a random baby in a public bathroom while they take a leak, milk is racist because many black folks are lactose intolerant, etc.
You've got plenty to fall back on so please just one day without Russia? Thanks!
