Absolutely mind blowing to me that not only did Putin personally direct this operation, but that Republicans are perfectly ok with it.
This was without a doubt a Russian coup of the U.S.
It is mind blowing. The fact that so many people are just okay with this is what bothers me.
It has to be addressed and we have to make sure that Russia doesn't do something like this again.

I don't think all Republicans are okay with it, in fact in the end it has to be the conservative part of
our Country that addresses this....I hope that I am not being naive, but in the end, I hope that they are able to put the love of their country first, before love of their party....it is hopeful - they seem to care enough to investigate it. In the
end, I am hoping that they stay true to their country if the investigations shows collusion between Russia
and Trump.

exactly right. a washington post investigation, ran through cbs news, of a secret CIA report, but no information otherwise. this smells like the dossier that was fabricated by an agent of MI6 about trump and some of his activities in russia, which were proven to be false by the way.
and if obama truly did get a proper report from the CIA, then why didnt he release it BEFORE the election when it would have helped hillary? is it possible that the report if false? is it possible that obama didnt want hillary in the oval office?

Supposedly (still no real proof) they hacked into the DNC and copied emails and released them through WikiLeaks, Those emails contained proof of collusion between high ranking DNC staff and the Hilliary campaign to keep Bernie Sanders from getting the nomination.
As to why that is relatively simple, As Sec. of State Hilliary advocated for a greater US involvement in Syria, and in fact wanted to implement a "No Fly Zone" in Syria. basically an unofficial declaration of war with Russia.
So why wouldn't the Russians want her to lose?
