Sure it is. POTUS has a long list of bank fraud, at least 4 bankruptcies. The man took loans knowing he would be ripping off those banks and using bankruptcy as a tool.
In all the years of Sanders service it took till he became a problem for POTUS and now their is a claim of bank fraud. Give me a break as the POTUS would say.
After reading some good articles it seems this is a GOP sponsored investigation. Started by the head of the Trump Campaign in Vt.
Started as Bernie was becoming a player in the election. Unlike POTUS he and his wife have lawyered up and do not discuss, waiting for the investigation to be completed. I expect to see many threads on this to deflect from POTUS lies issues.
Somtimes I think Bernie Sanders and Donald Trump are "one in the same", they both are dumb and love being on the campaign trail.
"One in the same"? The way I saw that was that both were better candidates than Hillary Clinton!

I did a search and couldn't find CNN although I found just about every other news service reporting it.
So, I wonder if it is true or if this is just another way to put Sanders out of the picture? Sanders didn't get it, "you don't mess with the Clintons".

Obama now taking heat from left and right for knowing about Russia, doing nothing and only announcing it AFTER trump won.
