It seems like CNN did exactly what Trump and his team have been complaining about and clamoring for - holding people accountable for bad reporting.
Except the producer who was caught cheerfully mocking journalistic ethics is still on their payroll, indicating that CNN as an institution simply don't care about those ethics and they believe their core viewers/readers don't either.
And, as he said, many of his colleagues there at CNN. So yes, he was speaking for CNN.
I talked to a McDonald's employee. The employee told me McDonald's hamburgers stink. Therefore, the McDonald's Corporation think their hamburgers stink.
