Most Americans are concerned about Russian meddling in our elections. What we're tired of is the insistence by the left that Trump colluded with the Russians. Trump welcomed the investigation, remember?

Who was in charge of cyber security during the election? Who was charged with preventing foreign agents from hacking into our systems in 2015 and 2016? A private citizen, or the man in charge of the executive branch of the United States? Now, who was the president in 2016?
