Good grief - its no wonder Trump won. This is so much out of reality...
How is it out of reality? Trump won because of Russia and most of America is stupid. Feel free to explain the error in my argument instead of pandering the nonsensical "liberals are mean, that's why Trump won" argument.
Neither are Christianity or Islam dominant religions in the US. the dominant religion in the US is the worship of Money and the Power it buys. This country worships Mammon the God of Greed.
The current Health Care Destruction Bill is more a tax cut for Billionaires Bill than anything to do with health care elimination. If passed it will manage to do both. Republican contributors will get their investments paid off and their need to punish the poor satisfied. This is an example of Worshipping Mammon.
There's been a whopping total of 3 Islamic terrorist attacks in the US since 9/11: Fort Hood, San Bernadino, and Orlando. In 16 years total.
How many abortion clinics have been bombed/firebombed? How many Muslims have been attacked for being Muslims (or the many times Sikhs were confused with Muslims and attacked)? How many Hispanics have been attacked because racist ignoramuses think all Hispanics are illegal immigrants? Remember the Bundy standoff (after they attacked Federal employees) and the occupation of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge? Those were all far-right/ Alt-Right inspired terrorist attacks.
So a few got through, but there are many plots that have either failed, or were snuffed out before any damage occurred. And that article was from July 2013.
And the instances of crimes when only a single person was injured are not included.
How many firebombed abortions clinics have there been?
How many hoax crimes have occurred when the fake crime gets the headline, and the corrected story is buried? A bunch...

Trump won because the Americans felt that the danger was in their home and they had to fight the danger quickly and that is what Trump is doing

No he isn't. He's made us far less safe than we were before, and these people had no danger in their home. They just perceive anyone different from than as being inherently dangerous. Hence my valid argument that America is dominated by stupid people.
Trump is defending his interests and the interests of the billionaire class. He couldn't care less about you or most of America. He praises Russia more than he does America.
We're not downplaying the danger, it's just that right wing radicals are right here ... and there are alot more of them. And the government of the day panders to them too.

See my above post. Christians get more criticism in the US, because Christians are the primary religion that most people are familiar with, and they have lots of power. Christian extremists are hell-bent on harming people's lives.
Muslims on the other hand make up less than 1% of the US population and have no power here.
It's hard to have a decent conversation with you when you seriously believe Muslims have no power here.
Also, I think and this goes for a lot of posters on this thread...just because you don't hear or see acts of terrorism in the US DOES NOT mean it's not here. We see a pin prick of what goes on behind the scenes. It is mind blowing how many acts are stopped and no one will ever know about it.

As for wanting to blow up the middle east? When in war, that's what we do. We drop bombs and defend ourselves by killing those that try to kill us. But now...we don't want to kill people just because they're not Christians. Nor do we do acts of terrorism. To suggest that is naive and it shows you're simply believing what hateful moonbats are selling.

Please enlighten me then on where their power is? They make up less than 1% of the population. They're practically non-existent in government positions. They have no filthy rich lobbying forces getting Congress to pass laws in their favor.

This is true, but I also posted links to articles showing that the majority of terrorism in this country is by right-wing extremists and Islamic terror attacks are far more likely to be stopped than right-wing terrorism.
Yet Republicans/Conservatives don't put any effort into combating right-wing extremism on their own side.
