Obamacare will remain the law of the land. I personally, do not know a single person who's healthcare premium has gone down, or anyone who was able to buy healthcare as the result of Obamacare.
I do know a 24 year old on his parent's policy, but insurance for 24 year olds has never been a problem.
5 Republican Senators Now Say They Will Vote No On Procedural Vote To Bring Obamacare Replacment To The Floor For a Vote
Mitch McConnell can only afford to lose 2 R Senators to even bring the bill to the floor.
5 are now on record as Nay votes on the preliminary procedural vote.
1. Susan Collins (R-Maine)
2. Dean Heller (R-Nevada)
3. Ron Johnson (R-Wisconsin)
4. Mike Lee (R-Utah)
5. Rand Paul (R-Kentucky)
Leslie Graham was quoted as saying that the bill would either get 50 votes and pass, or 35 votes and lose. Unless Mitch can pull a rabbit out of his hat, 35 is more likely than 50. There's a group of R s Senators in competitive states reluctant to put their political necks on the chopping block for a bill that seems destined to fail anyway.
In the case of Paul, he is consistent defender of human freedom, so he will never go for a centralized racketeering and slavery scam. Even the ones pushed for by Republicans acting like Democrats. He is not a collectivist.

More like, in the case of Paul, he is a Randian fanboy a$$, but he principled.

Changing Obamacare to Republican Care is still a centralized collectivist nightmare. No one who believes in human freedom would support either.
And I assume that you have the same feelings about interstate highways, bridges, the military, fire departments, and basically everything that keeps the western world running? And you are opting out of Medicare aren't you?

I do so love the "anti-collectivist" mouthbreathers who hate "socialism" without understanding what it really is...who won't opt our of Medicare or Soc Security or police and fire services or roads, etc...because they "earned it".....I also love how they fail to realize their heroes like Le Pen whom they love so much make Bernie Sanders look like the Koch brothers.....they are also the ones who tend to think smashing unions, polluting the environment, supply side economics, driving huge trucks and suv's, and tax breaks for the rich are what makes America great
