How? SCOTUS Justices have to rule in favor of the Constitution and Federal Law. They've sworn an oath to do so.

The 'obvious' to you hasn't been obvious to lower courts and administrative agencies. It wont be obvious to at least 3 SC justices, probably more.

It's obvious to you [and me] that the the word 'sex' in the Civil Rights Act did not and should not cover sexual orientation. Not so obvious to some lower courts. I guess your optimism doesn't affect anything any more than this discussion does, but calling the baker a slam dunk winner totally ignores the social/political views of the judges.

I doubt it. SCOTUS Justices have sworn an oath to uphold the US Constitution and Federal Law.

There would be valid cause to impeach any SCOTUS Judge who violates their oath.

Opinions don't matter. Law does. And the SCOTUS Judges have sworn an oath to uphold the US Constitution and Federal Law.
