Bernie Sanders and wife is under investigation. Why was that not brought up in the interview?

Bernie and Jane Sanders, under FBI investigation for bank fraud, hire lawyers

Sanders' top adviser Jeff Weaver told CBS News the couple has sought legal protection over federal agents' allegations from a January 2016 complaint accusing then-President of Burlington College, Ms. Sanders, of distorting donor levels in a 2010 loan application for $10 million from People's United Bank to purchase 33 acres of land for the institution.

Then there's this as well...

NBC, Chuck Todd Hide Wife's Kaine Donation, and Her Firm Getting Millions from Bernie Campaign

Maverick Mail & Strategies, the firm Mrs. Todd founded in 2007 with fellow James Webb aides Steve Jarding and Jessica Vanden Berg, did heavy lifting for openly socialist Bernie Sanders for President this year. Open Secrets shows a bill for $1.992 million made in ten payments to Maverick from January to April. Todd has never disclosed this business relationship in 11 Sanders interviews this year. (If the work began in 2015 before the payments, Todd failed to disclose any tie in six Sanders interviews in the second half of 2015). We didn't even count any Todd interviews with Sanders on MSNBC.

I have no respect for Chuck Todd and I quit watching "meet the press" when he took over.

Me too, Tom. Used to be a good show but, not now. He's just a partisan hack and not worth my time or respect.

It's as if Justin Bieber took over for Jagger as lead singer for the Stones. (or if Bieber replaced Bruce and fronted the E Street Band)

Chuck has the gravitas & the look of a Domino Pizza delivery guy. & this from the Network that once featured Frank McGee, Huntley and Brinkley.

It's really not hyperbole to say these MSM shows are just DNC propaganda.

Todd would have asked Bernie about the FBI investigation if he was a journalist. Why didn't he? Because Todd is a partisan politcal hack, just like the NBC and MSNBC networks.

Brady Toensing of Burlington, the man responsible for the claims filed to the U.S. attorney for Vermont, was a chairman for the Trump campaign in his state.
"I filed a request for an investigation in January 2016 and an investigation appears to have been started right away," he said in an email to CBS News. "It was started under President Obama, his Attorney General, and his U.S. Attorney, all of whom are Democrats."
I guess Republicans and Democrats have found a common enemy in Bernie Sanders.

That's because Hilary (in 08') dared to stay in the race 2 weeks longer than she was supposed to against his royal highness BO. Chuck had a special set of knee pads he used when interviewing the Socialist in Chief.
