People cannot accept the fact that Obama was so successful or that he was actually even President at all. They cannot accept that the first African-American President, who happens to have cultural ties to Kenya and who's name is Barack Hussein Obama, achieved things that his predecessors could not and brought the economy out of the Great Recession. They wanted Obama to fail from the beginning. Throughout his entire Presidency, people were fishing for ways to make him out to be an illegitimate President, the most well known of which is the accusation that he wasn't born in the USA. People love Donald Trump because his top priority is to completely undo Obama's legacy in its entirety. Most people seem to want ALL of Obama's legacy gone, both the good and the not so good, because they can't face that so much was accomplished by our first African-American President.

They can't accept that Obama's Presidency represented the change of the guard in this country to a more tolerant, equal, diverse, and just America. They are doing everything they can to turn back the clock, even if it means damaging the country to do it.

"So popular?"

Do you mind explaining what you mean by that?

Sure as hell hope all of obama's "legacy" is destroyed. By destroying, we shall be restoring.

Yeah and the next President will come around and destroy yours. That is what happens when their is no bipartisan agreement/votes on these bills.

Right, Hillary won the "popular vote". How is that working out for her?

Without getting into the usual nonsense about what conservatives think of Obama or what those who didn't vote for Trump think of Trump, since we all know that one big reason Obama WON THE ELECTION (TWICE) was because he campaigned for Obamacare (among other things).

The GOP and Trump did all they could to keep the ACA from passing and/or remaining the law of the land.

Do you now think the GOP has something better? Why? Do you now think Trump and the GOP will be able to keep their promise to "repeal and replace?" If not, does it matter to you from the standpoint of your support for Trump and/or the GOP?

At least this is one specific issue we can all understand and judge, preferably with facts, reason and logic, without getting into all the partisan BS...

"The nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office weighed in on the Senate health care bill on Monday, saying that 22 million people would lose health coverage in the next 10 years under the Senate's plan. Of those, 15 million would lose Medicaid coverage. It's projected to lower the deficit by billions over 10 years, and also cut taxes on corporations and the wealthy."

This and other issues would make for better thread topics, instead of the usual Trump & Co vs Obama & Co rants and raves to nowhere...
