The idea that the "government" owns any land is absurd. It is the people's land, not the property of the State. But then again, most Americans go along with the idea that government owns them too.
That, but really the overreach of the EPA. Under the lie of "protecting" the environment they're trying to assert their control over aspect of life.
You have to realize-that was part of the goal of the Obama administration, and globalists in general. They have been out to destroy a rural lifestyle, to keep individuals from making a living in rural areas and building on their own property for years. This was just one more way with attacks focused on farmers and rural communities, in an attempt to push people towards an urban lifestyle. One with much greater dependency on government and a greater level of conformity.
Public utilities have been protecting the environment very well for decades. They don't need those criminals lousing it up and lining regulators pockets needlessly.

Problem is - if we leave the land to the people the corporations with the money, the power and the toxins take over and then we the people have contaminated drinking water.
Isn't it interesting that Trump who fussed over Flint and those poor kids. is allowing this but has yet to offer any kind of support to fix the problem in Flint (and I don't mean just financial support).
This is disgusting.
His supporters will tout it as 'reducing the size of govt'.....and therefore a good thing.
Another idiotic Obama over reach sent to the shredder.
Everything that Obama touched turned to ****.
