IIRC, she said it in an interview between the election and the inauguration.

Edited to add - right before the election - https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/...ania/93232926/

Michelle Obama had the Lets Move Program...

I supported it one day. The day they moved out of the White House.

You gotta admit, Melania is way better on the eye, than Hillary.

Laura Bush took up literacy programs.
Nancy Reagan took up the mantle of Just Say No! to drugs while her husband's administration was trafficking cocaine into the county to pay for civil wars in Central America. That was nice.

Laura Bush was focused on early reading programs, Hillary Clinton - health care policy, Barbara Bush - literacy, Nancy Reagan - Just Say No, Rosalynn Carter - mental health issues and cultural exchange programs...

As for the Machelle Obama program to help the obesity problem in children...we all know what happened there. She started off with a good plan... teach kids to eat whole fresh foods, get parents to look at cutting out processed foods altogether. Then companies like pepsi and kelloggs got involved to make it look like they were helping and then her program dropped the nutrition aspect and focused just on the being active aspect.
I thought what happened to the good food plan is that much, if not most of the healthy foods were being thrown away by the kids not wanting to eat it. And then the parents didn't back it by doing their parental part to enforce such eating habits away from school.

I also remember her strong love for shopping at J.Crew and hula hoops.
