I don't know, I thought this was kind of obvious. Obama needed an Obama 2.0 (ie... Hillary) to continue his goal of changing the fundamentals of America. I go back to the meeting Obama had with Hillary right after Obama was elected and she was made Secretary of State. This was the plan from the beginning.

And it appears that not ALL Democrats were let in on this. IMO, when the US House Democrats realize what Mueller can really say about it, they won't let him anywhere near them.
The Clintons and Obamas are the most corrupt political forces in modern times, yet the Media largely cover for them because they are on board with the type of Fundamental Transformation (destruction of U.S. sovereignty and Globalism) the Democrats want.
