It would be the one thing that made sense. Trump basically promised a single payer system when campaigning. If he reached out to deems and republican moderates that may be doable. And he would actually fulfill a campaign promise.

I imagine some have..others..as per the article..are waiting until the revision dies a public and messy death.

But the ones who care more about the country..than they do about the whining, screaming, infantile, obsessed and altogether ignorant fringes of either party---they might actually get together and do something effective..despite the fools!

Not going to happen. This "healthcare" bill is actually a tax cut bill. It has absolutely nothing to do with healthcare.

I am not saying it will. Trump does not care much about healthcare. He does care about tax cuts. I also think his willingness to go along with the republican healthcare plans is that it affects what he can get in tax cuts.

My point is he could actually fulfill a major promise he made to the rust belt. He won't because he is a *****. Always has been

Fair enough..in the article, they make it clear that most Dems..even if they're willing to sit down..want this bill to fail first...as a sign of power..theirs.

That's fine. Then when both sides have had to eat some humble pie, get to it for real. For health care, I'd be all for a center of the spectrum compromise.
