It will only get to the House floor. It is a start. I think the POTUS and his mental issues have forced GOP Reps. to want to take away his ability to use military force

Haven't seen "Dumpf" used in a while. Not since Hillary's stunning loss on Nov 20th. Didn't work then, doesn't work now.

The irony of course is that Hillary Clinton was the most militaristic, war hawk to run for President in my 46 years on the planet. If you look at her record there was literally not one war or military attack that she ever opposed. There's absolutely no doubt in my mind that we'd be in a full on ground war in Syria right now if she won & that she would have us in at least 1-2 new conflicts to boot. She makes John McCain look like a dove.
