Oh goodness, no. He's a horrible person, much less a role model. That's almost laughable. If I knew someone like him in real life, I would avoid that person like the plague. I would be ashamed to be seen with them. I would never work for or with someone like that. I would be horrified if my children grew up to be like that. In every conceivable definition of "role model" Trump is a "no"
What do you think based on his statements and performance so far?
Good on performance and work ethic, not so much on some of his tweets.
I understand he wants to "get back" at the morning joe morons, but reducing himself down to their gutter is well below the level of the office. He might get more respect with honey than vinegar. The MSM is imploding all by itself, so no need for this nonsense.

Children are a measure of the parents. Though he has had many marriages, he has managed to raise some smart and successful children for sure. He, and his wives, definitely have good genes. By all accounts from friends and family he's a good father.

But we're not, in any capacity. Not any longer. Trump has insulted our best allies, damaged our status, lowered both himself and our country in the view of most of the free world, and is instead cozying up to Putin and his minions.
His carelessly impulsive, ill-considered actions have led to a great loss of respect, not only for him in this country and abroad, but a loss of respect for the office of the Presidency domestically and abroad and an additional loss of respect for our country itself abroad, among both our traditional allies and our traditional enemies.
That's no way to be the leader of the free world or to ensure that America and Americans remain "first".
