I basically am because I'm so sick and tired of insurance companies and pharmaceuticals ruining peoples lives. Getting sick and or having a serious illness is not a choice and people shouldn't be filing for bankruptcy to pay for medical expenses even though they pay high insurance premiums. There's something desperately wrong with that picture.

And what's your point? This isn't 1936.

There would be a small flat tax to maintain the market. Tax rebates for those that opt put of this. Tax rebates for those involved with the plan are rewarded for living a healthy lifestyle. Few other details, but most of the jist when I think single payer health insurance.
That's more like a public option.

States cannot afford the HC of their people for the simple reason that states cannot create money. Just take the Medicare expense for any state, and will be about equal to their entire state budget.

But that is one very major reason that HC insurance was so cheap back then.

This is not life...

"He cannot see, he cannot hear, he cannot make a noise, he cannot move." Who is Charlie Gard, what is the mitochondrial disease he suffers from and why was there a legal battle?

Uh no. It's completely disfunctional.
