But Trump's presidential campaign was based on racial hatred & bigotry to the point where he was ostracised by the GOP. As for Pirro, does anyone really take a hack like that seriously?
Well, according to the P&OC forum logic, she shouldn't say such things because they'll just inspire a crazy person to commit a crime.
Put her on the no-fly list and let's investigate her like we do all the people who make dangerous suggestions.
Seriously? The number of probable assassinations when Obama was in office were at a record high.
Just because nobody was able to carry it off, that doesn't mean it wasn't a very real threat most of the time.
Now, with Trump, I'd imagine there are quite a few probable threats that also won't get carried out.
Secret Service have already sorted out that he's widely disliked and are behaving accordingly.
Being on that Secret Service detail would be a very hectic and unpleasant job. It would require bravery and a complete lack of political bias. I imagine they need to have more people than ever on duty and all willing to instantly give their lives.
