This situation looks really fishy. Couple goes out frogging (whatever that is) and a police officer happens to be chilling jn his car at 4am responding to a burglary that there is no evidence of. After an escalating confrontation, the officer shoots the man in the back, while he is lying on the ground, unarmed with his hands behind him in front of his girlfriend. And the officer doesn't call for aid or render help.

The guy probably said the wrong thing to the police officer.
