Trump is passing out our dollars at G20, pledging nearly a billion dollars for food for countries he calls terrorists and bans from travel. We will be paying 1/3 of the cost of the program. Never mind that he campaigned on "America First" and even put up a budget that cut out this sort of giveaway. Another broken promise. If we cant afford education or health care for our citizens, we should not be spending millions feeding future terrorists in Yemen and Somalia.

That SOB he's going to pitch in and help hungry people.

Why couldn't he stay in the Paris Accord and give away a trillion $ ?

That does it I'm baling out on this whole mess.

I've had enough of this guy acting like a liberal.

I'm not voting for Tiffany Trump again !!!!!!!!!!!

You guys are a hoot. You are all for cutting hungry Americans off of food stamps, which will impact millions of American children, but you go into your little rah! rah! rah! routine when Trump pledges to feed hungry non-Americans.

What ever happened to Make AMERICA great again? Seems like you need to take out that first A in your little slogan, because Trump sure isn't putting us first.

Yeah the hypocrisy here is real.

Conservative agenda strongly resists using tax dollars to help the poor/hungry in the USA. Using tax dollars to aid the poor and hungry in other countries does seem to contradict that agenda.

Cut Meals on Wheels but feed the rest of the world.

The White House has to be prepared to take some flack from this.

I personally don't have an issue with the funds being used but do struggle with cuts to the poor and hungry in our own country.

Do we know if this amount is more than or less than previous donations?

So while elderly Americans on social security can't afford food, we'll be giving millions of dollars worth of free food to total strangers all over the world? Starving American families just because of a job loss or a severe medical problem and we can't afford to help them.

No health care for us unless we are rich yet giveaways for total strangers in other countries.

How does this put America first?

You mean helping other hungry people, no reason to put that $.7B towards the great, lower-cost heath coverage he promised Americans, right?

I guess "America First" was just another one of his lies.
