The entire planet supports that agreement including North Korea. It was a terrible decision to end it. Fortunately it won't take effect until Trump is removed from office, so the next Democratic President can fix his dumpster fire of an administration.

The Paris agreement does very little to the energy industry. In fact it does nothing unless the U.S goal that it set was too limit production in the U.S. Also more oil in the market helps to keep prices low hurting the energy industry and causing more layoffs...

Obama did sign the agreement, Trump pulled out of it, but that was after the time period in the article you linked.

Of course they do...The United States would transfer $100 billion in annual climate finance from the developed world to the developing countries that would pledge nothing.

Obama was going to expire the oil drilling rights of oil companies unless they started drilling. That is why we are one of the biggest suppliers of oil now.

Trump is riding on the coat tail of Obama's success as he berates him. Obama has his flaws and failures too, every president does but Trump is multiplying his flaws and failures as President at an alarming rate.

The last thing on Trump's mind is the environment. If it was he could make billions and create millions of jobs rebuilding our infrastructure with alternative energy.

We surpassed Saudi as the biggest oil producer in the world under Obama. Feel free to rob him of credit though, that's how Trump and his followers make their bones. Obama did it for your good, not for his own credit. And somehow he managed to look to the future with investments (not all good mind you) into alternative energy too! Now, that's a leader!!!

Agreed.

Re: your OP title - don't do that. "The Great President Trump" is just as stupid a name for him as "Our Great President Obama" was when someone referred to our former president. So far President Trump is working to do the things he promised he would do. That's a good thing. But he is an elected official, accountable to the citizens of this nation for his job performance, and he can be voted out of office in 2020 if he does a lousy job. As it should be.

He's not a rock star. He's not Caesar. He's a civil servant. We pay his salary. He is our employee. We voted him in. We can vote him out. History will decide whether or not he was a great president. Not six months on the job.
