you are actually equating an armed attack where multiple people were shot and one nearly died, to another in which an animated gif cause no harm to a single person?
The media hates it when the people they lie about and smear fight back. Like cowards they try to hide behind the 1st Amendment and issue statements like this. https://www.rcfp.org/reporters-commi...-against-press
The Russian fairy tale was the most astonishing lie I've ever seen in American politics, and now it's coming back to haunt them.
And the president using all his time to play with the media as opposed to doing his job is supposed to be a good thing
Get rid of that fool, and put Pence in.
All of his time... ? How long does it take to create a Tweet and send it?
Who is telling you that he is not doing his job? Maybe he is doing his job, but the media are not doing their job... they are the ones spending hours of coverage on something that probably took him a couple of minutes to do.
Trump is trolling them. It's true. Now, unlike the uncritical Trump supporters, I think that's disgusting and unbecoming of a president... or even just any out who's made it through 8th grade.
But all the same, if the media didn't cover he tweets so much, trust in media might be a bit higher. As this Taylor guy says, focus on policy and looking at what bills and laws are going through congress, not bull**** the president tweets.
And it is bull****. And it's made to please terrible people. Nearly all rational people agree that the presidents behavior is childish and unacceptable. However, many also don't view that this is more news worthy than what's happening in congress.
Trump behaves like a toddler, so treat him as such. He wants attention; do not award his pathetic behavior with attention.

deflection attempt denied. a shooting is quite different than a tweet.

For Trump, all attention is good attention. It's a businessman's mindset and it got him elected. CNN, Morning Joe and the rest gave his campaign undue attention for ratings because they didn't think the circus would actually become reality, and now that it has they're overcompensating by obsessing over every bit of behavior by Trump which isn't normal for a president (which is basically everything).

It takes "all his time" to write a 140-character tweet?
Sure thing!
