Disgusting that the OP had gleefully posted a cherry-picked video to make a political hit piece about an aging American hero who suffers from shortness of breath, and, who had just a few months ago had to be medevaced from the South Pole and hospitalized with fluid on the lungs (seriously OP, that 'makes your day'?).
During the full video it can be seen that Aldrin was constantly gasping for breath. It can also be seen that Aldrin appeared to be happy with Trump's speech, after all, it is about something that is near and dear to Aldrin's heart, and, he is a Trump supporter.
Alternative explanation - Aldrin is an 87-year-old man who has paid his dues, and sees no reason to respect someone who doesn't know what he's talking about.
