I'm hoping some of that gazillion dollars we have spent on black programs went into a missile defense and I'm not referring to the ones we have deployed. Perhaps railguns in planes which would seem like an obvious choice for a local theater. Puff the Magic Dragon on steroids.

This sytem is still in development stages and has not been shown to be 100%, but on the other hand maybe they are just lying. For all we know it's just a cover for more sophisticated sytem. Whether it's 100% effective, there is something else or we are very vulnerable it's not something that is going to be exposed.
