And eliminate the minimum wage. See above several posts.
Well just keep incentivizing single parent homes, raising the min. wage to stifle job growth, inflating the price of street drugs to make the trade more lucrative, more gun laws to make it harder for people to defend themselves...I mean if its not broke dont fix it, right?
Didn't Trump say that Chicago violence would end as soon as he got into office? Didn't he threaten to bring the FEDs in? So exactly what is the orange buffoon waiting for?

I don't remember him saying it would end. He just made announcement last week. He is sending feds in now.
The guns came from more gun-lax neighboring states.
Of course gun control doesn't work when one can simply drive a short distance across stateline and buy all the guns one can afford.
.
So it is a neighboring state's fault that the criminals from Illinois buy guns there? Buying guns for the purpose of resale without being an FFL dealer is illegal in every state. Perhaps they should deal with their own criminals.

Nor will it work when there is a huge inventory of illegal firearms already available.
I live in rural (upstate) Pennsylvania -- an area where sport hunting is a deep-seated tradition, where the average 16-year-old male knows how to handle a rifle (which helps if (s)he later enlists in the military), and where gun violence remains a rare event.
It's not the weapon that causes the tragedy, it's the often-juvenile piece of garage pulling the trigger; yet every attempt to identify, isolate and subjugate the mentality behind this brings the usual charges of "racism", "xenophobia", or whatever from the self-righteous SJW gallery.
I don't own a firearm, but I have many neighbors who do, and use them sparingly and responsibly, and I have heard them say on several occasions that, if serious attempts at gun registration/confiscation ever arose, they would register ne or two items, an say noting about the rest.
The European-inspired Snowflake Dream of a disarmed America is simply not going to happen.

Yes, the right-wing will still somehow use this as a reason as to why we need more guns.
.
There's a restaurant little town in the rural south that we frequent and I would estimate half the customers are concealed carry. There's been a few times that I've even seen open carry as in a gun in a holster that everybody can see.
Doesn't bother me in the least and there's a matter of fact there are few places I have felt safer. A couple thugs barging into Rob customers we're going to have a rude awakening starting in about 1 second after they make their presence known.
CNN is taking out anyone who mocks them in a meme/gif.
They decided to start in Chicago.
