The same editorial staff chooses what to publish. CNN liked paid family leave, until Trump supported it, now paid family leave hurts women per CNN.

Eventually we must hold CNN responsible for it's content and conflicts of interest.

You don't grasp how editorials and opinion pieces work do you?? One article was an opinion piece from a liberal author, the other article was an opinion piece from a consecutive author. How hard is this to comprehend??

A bit over a month later, Trump proposes paid family leave - http://archive.fo/3w6ZL

Several days go by then the CNN decides family leave hurts women - http://archive.fo/uH6yn

CNN was for paid family leave, before Trump supported it, after that it's harmful to women.
CNN wasn't for anything.

That's the problem -- is how you interpret the information.

The first was an op ed piece done (not reporting news -- op ed -- editorial -- opinion) talking about family leave.

The second article was a news piece reporting on Trump's proposed family leave. It doesn't support or object -- it reports -- it does state that there might be opposition. There are no -- This is good or bad comments...just talking about the proposal.

The third article was written by a different author than the one two years earlier and is also and OPINION piece. It argues a different perspective on family leave.

That's what a media outlet does -- it present some hard news an some opinion pieces. Some of the opinions will be contradicting. That's what they do.

It isn't.

OP just made a dumb post, and in order to cover up the fact it was dumb is now doubling down, in the vain hope that we won't notice.

We do notice.

I tend to believe that if it were Hillary in office, instead of Trump, favoring paid family leave, the second piece would never have seen the light of day.

Yes because CNN never had any opinion pieces from the Cato Institute when Obama was in office.....

Wow. I have never seen a more shameless defense of an obviously incorrect point of view. Props to you.

CNN isn't the problem. It's the enormous number of Americans, largely Trump voters, who lack information literacy.
