doesn't the fact that the left has to resort to creating fake headlines about a handshake, doesn't this show they are in (election, elect)

Nope, you guys and the media that prop you up are a huge embarrassment to the rest of Americans. Sorry to be the one to break that news to you. I know how firmly you believe in your righteousness.
if Trump is so easy to defeat, why do they have to do that?
They did sort of jump the gun on that one. But so too did the conservatives who got up in arms about NPR's tweeting of the Declaration of Independence. You're always gonna have people from both sides who jump to conclusions. No wonder everybody is exhausted these days! All that jumping! LOL>
Why did the right make up fake crap about Obama for 8 years?
There's that escalation mindset. Someone said something you don't like so it's just fine to escalate it to rioting, burning, and hurting people. When two scoops of ice cream and a missed handshake is headline news, MSM is in REAL trouble.
I wish people would get a clue and grow up.

I'm not losing sleep over it, just as I didn't lose sleep over it when the candidate I didn't vote for won.
Liberals meanwhile are deranged and spewing hate everywhere.
Its tiresome.
I agree with you absolutely. The person I voted for didn't win (not HRC) but I'm sleeping just fine, especially since HRC didn't win.
What's done is done and the left seem to think they can get some kind of do-over if they get irate and violent enough. So sad to see people devolve like this.
