I wonder how many people here are putting all of this in perspective:
- When the meeting happened, the Russian interference was unknown to the public. Only the Obama Administration knew about it
- Trump was running the campaign with a skeleton crew, and it was obvious the Clintons and DNC were up to their dirty tricks
- His campaign received a call 'hey, we got dirt on the Clintons'. Again, the Russian factor was UKNOWN at the time
So they went. And DTJR admitted in hindsight he shouldn't have went to the meeting. But no information, favors or requests were exchanged. Nothing.
The liberals are really something else with all of this. No wonder they control virtually nothing in this country.
The media has been exposing a lot of lies this week coming out of the Trump camp.
Wonder what's next. You know there's a lot more collusion. After all, the Russians later released the hacked emails and Trump changed the GOP platform to be more pro-Russia. There's no way he did this out of the blue. A deal had to have been made between Trump and Russia.

Because picking up the phone and calling the FBI to say they'd been contacted by someone about meeting a representative of the Russian government to get dirt on Clinton didn't occur to anyone? It didn't occur to anyone that this might be a set-up? It didn't occur to anyone that meeting with representatives of a foreign government for the purpose of obtaining materials to attack your political opponent wasn't just unethical, but was also extremely risky?
Your options are that Trump JR was ready and willing to be corrupt, or that Trump JR was plain and simple stupid. His lawyers seem to be taking the stupid route. Makes sense.

Again the left is chasing wind mills after reviewing this Russian Woman and the actual meeting nothing here. On the point of the reason for the meeting it is call Political Research and there was nothing offer or received.
This really goes back to the source of that reporter in the UK , which now he seems to have forgotten the whole issue.
