This guy is a US citizen who has failed to come forward with his story. Like he hasn't heard about the investigation?
Why should he be permitted to keep his US citizenship?
How many other people are there out there who have information about contacts between Team Trump and foreign governments that have failed to step forward.
This entire finger pointing to Obama's administration over Jr's meeting is a poor attempt at deflection and completely irrelevant to the meeting itself.
" Jr's meeting is a poor attempt at deflection and completely irrelevant to the meeting itself."
Was Jr. forced into meeting with this woman and the rest of her entourage?
Of course not.
No amount of spin and deflection will change the fact that Jr., Kushner and Manafort willingly met with a representative of a foreign government.
None.
Why can't anyone from the left address, much less answer, the question, WHY was she ALLOWED to be here in the first place, being what the left says are her closeness to the Russian govt, if meeting with her was such a bad idea?
WHY did Lynch PERSONALLY intervene and get her a special VISA if she is a Russian operative?
This to me is a clear example why Trump supporters see an alternate universe.
Instead of embracing news sources from multiple angles and forcing themselves to think, they focus on just news that is a reinforcement of their views.

I really find this angle by Trump supporters interesting. On the one hand they want to pretend this meeting wasn't illegal.
On the other hand they want to claim the participant from Russia was so clearly illegal that the Obama administration must have been the real guilty party for allowing her in the Country.

*Ahem!*

And let's be nice and specific about that case: this was an alleged $200M+ money laundering case involving a Russian oligarch (Prevezon). A case brought against the oligarch she was representing by US Attorney Preet Bharara. Trump fired Bharara, then his DoJ settled the case for less than $6M.
In maybe the strangest linkage involving this case, a key witness for the prosecution was thrown from a window about two weeks after Bharara was fired by Trump.
This is not a good bunch of people to be mixed up with.
