Makes no difference who approved her visa, it was illegal for Trump Jr., Kushner, Manafort and Lord knows who else to meet with her to discussion sanctions, dirt on Clinton, or any other campaign-related or foreign-affairs related matters.
It actually WAS illegal for the Congress members and State Department officials she lobbied to repeal the Magnitsky Act to meet with her. Now what?
And WHT was she doing in a Congressional hearing on foreign affairs? How in the hell did the Obama Administration allow that?
A US Attorney testified in Court that the US AG approved it. Period.

I have no idea why a US Attorney said this or even if he actually did, but Lynch's spokesperson had clearly stated Lynch “does not have any personal knowledge of Ms. Veselnitskaya's travel.”
I have seen no evidence that Lynch was personally involved in this matter.

What 'legal position?' According to Akhmetshin, any supposed documents presented proved nothing.
