Pence is running scared, trying to distance himself, but he can't escape that he knew all of it, and is part of the mix!!! He can't play the "I was unaware game", that would mean you were never qualified to be in the arena if you were that ignorant, and being aware means you are as guilty all the other players in the game.
Pence will be in my city later today, meeting with cronies and like-minded individuals, denigrating KyConnect (local ACA; highly successful, affordable, and emulated elsewhere) and promoting Trump Care.
Rest assured that patriotic and concerned Kentuckians will be lining the roads to vigorously but civilly remind the Vice President of this week's current events and revelations, in addition to expressing their concern re. Trump Care's extremely negative effects upon the people of our commonwealth and the rest of our country, should it come to pass.
Of course, Pence won't bother to speak with any of those folks lining the roads. He's just going to talk with a handful of small business owners who are whining about how awful it is to have to provide insurance for their employees, under the ACA.

There is NO way Donald Trump won the percentage of VOTES in Republican primaries with that MANY candidates on the ballot without assistance from Russia, people use COMMON SENSE here! Should have said an attack on the Trump crime family. And that includes in-law Jared Kushner. He's in this deep, and still he maintains his top security clearance, even after having been shown to have lied to get that clearance. This needs to be addressed as well, and soon.
But Kushner should be cleared. For gosh sakes...he's Ivanka's husband!
Kushner will very likely be prosecuted by the Mueller team. He knowingly lied on his application for a clearance to cover up illegal activity he was involved in. Why he still even has a clearance at this point is a mystery.
No one has ever been prosecuted for what you describe. But there is always a first.

Trouble is, even if his security clearance is pulled - he's still married to Ivanka. Pulling his clearance would just be a gesture, given that circumstance. It's clear that Daddy Trump will continue to confide in Daughter Dearest, and DD will certainly tell Hubby all she knows.
Still, it needs to be done, and quickly. Administration could term it "temporary" if that makes it easier for them to save what little face they have left.
Remember the "No one close to the campaign has been in touch with Russia" line LOL
