Just browsing the internet is this pops off, now to all those who say the media doesn't have an agenda look at this, would they have done this with Obama?

Obama wasn't a 70 year-old fat slob, so no. They did, however, question Bill Clinton's diet.
I didn't find the article posted by OP to be anti-Trump. I thought it was flattering in fact. It showed a healthy president, not a malnourished chain smoker with purple lips (Obama).
Would they have done this with Obama? Of course not. The media wants to display Trump as a fool and a buffoon to undermine who he is and place a tickle of doubt into as many minds as possible. They are doing this and will continue to do this up to the next election. Posting unflattering photos of him stuffing his face is part of it.
I noticed on NPR radio that when they speak about Trump which is almost non stop it is always negative and when it is a positive they follow that up with a "but"...
They have also taken to calling him Trump. If memory serves whenever they talked about Obama they most always referred to him as President Obama. I think this falls under the "not my President" nonsense.
The media is operating under the adage that if you say something long enough and often enough with conviction then it must be or will eventually be true.

LOL. He's the oldest president ever elected and the second fattest.

You must not remember Clinton and the coverage of his cheeseburger addiction!
It's not a left/right argument. Preoccupation with a President's health has always been considered relevant- ever hear of FDR?
Should contemplate also, that our new POTUS is also beginning the job with a couple of decades on what the last president had, so if the media can make a "thing" of it to get clicks, they will.

Is it propaganda that Trump is 71 years old? No.
Is it propaganda that Trump is obese? No.
Is it propaganda that he doesn't live the healthiest lifestyle, with little sleep and poor eating habits? No.
