Can't stand King, but he nailed Trump!

Even Stephen King could not have thought up a horror story such as the presidency of person in the manner of a Donald Trump.

Yep. A fiction writer. And a damned good one at that. From your statement, I'll assume you've not actually read any of his books. By the way the story you reference, "Trucks," was actually a short story and not a book. The short story was later adapted into the movie "Maximum Overdrive." Its far from my favorite in his huge collection of writings but it was an interesting statement on technology becoming a behemoth over mankind.

King's stories and books aren't just scary fodder but act as statements on humanity, life, existence etc. But, like I said, you'd have to actually read the books to appreciate them.

How?

So Trump was not democratically elected?

So his supporters were all just mad at women and minorities?

Is that how you're going to campaign on in the next elections?

What makes his opinions more valid than anyone else's? What makes King a go to resource?
I enjoy his books, but that doesn't mean I care what his personal views are.

Must leave you feeling pretty empty when all is said and done.

Why?

The left is destroying themselves

They have no message, no good candiates, and can't even agree with each other in the direction the party needs to go.

Having knobs like King come out and speak on behalf of the left is only hurting them.
Not helping

Sounds like he's having some problems. I hope he'll be okay.
