(I am surprised that it is not against the law to read the New York Times or Watch CNN.)

Wow, so a woman goes to jail for snickering at Sessions, but it was OK for a Senator (or was it a Rep) to yell out "you lie!", interrupting Obama's State of the Union address.

It never did tell us why the conviction was overturned.
Put her in jail, I say. She did not "involuntarily laugh". She cause a scene during the hearing. Most judges would throw her in jail. Couple of weeks ought to do it.
