Congressional districts ARE GERRYMANDERED. That practice eliminates competition and consensus. It evolves into little fiefdoms that give you crazy, anachronistic charlatans like my congressman Rep Trent Franks and Maxine Waters.
If it weren't for the teabaggers (FREEDOM CAUCUS) in Congress and their colleagues in the Senate, Trump could have had a HEALTHCARE bill on his desk.

The groups that operate in the underground cash economy ( gangs, hookers, junkies, welfare cheats, etc.) are not Trump voters. That is the Democrat base.
This is essentially legalized robbery, and is a major step towards our country turning into Venezuela. At the very least Sessions should be fired for this.
