In all seriousness, I don't understand the obsession of some to say, "This is my identity and you must accept it." Accept your own identity. If other people don't want to go along, that's on them. You shouldn't need the entire world's blessing to be who you are. If you identify as a pineapple, and the world doesn't agree, screw them. Accept yourself as a pineapple and enjoy your life.
But Transgender people are fighting to be Identified as the Gender they feel like.
How do they feel about being addressed as Gender-Neutral too when
their mantra is to be Identified as a Gender?
Ask them.
The gender neutral thing isn't telling individuals to sacrifice their identity or anything like that. It's more just saying "hey everyone" instead of "hey guys."

Men, and women are DIFFERENT. We are supposed to be different mentally, and physically. We both have strengths and weaknesses as genders. That is why we have different names, and pronouns.
Gender neutral is dumb; however, I have no issue addressing someone by the gender for which they identify.
If a person has male anatomy but identifies as female, I have no issue addressing that person as she, her, woman, Ms, etc.
